Original low pass filter installed in front of CMOS blocks about 75% of H-Alpha light, so this filter needs to be removed (or replaced) such that more H-Alpha light can be captured faster.



- Original low-pass filter blocks 75% H-alpha wave 

- Baader ACF/BCF filter allows 98% H-alpha wave to pass through

- Thickness of Baader filter is same as EOS original low-pass filter, which will not affect auto-focusing for DSLR models

* For original filter removal, sensor focusing plane will be adjusted for EOS cameras. Only some of the Nikon and Sony models can be adjusted.

* Enhanced infrared (665nm)

* Super color infrared (590nm)

* Super blue infrared

* Deep black & white infrared (830nm)
